Warren Siat Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Warren Siat. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing our coaching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Do not proceed if you do not agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our coaching services.

2. Subscription and Access

Users must subscribe to our services to access personalized guidance and coaching sessions. Subscription details, including fees and payment terms, are outlined on our website. By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified fees and adhere to the terms of the subscription.

A refund of payment (of a subscription cycle) is valid if you initiate the request within 2 working days. A refund will not be given after fulfilment of the program for the billing cycle.

Refunds will only be considered for the following reason: purchasing the wrong plan.

For identification purposes, we will use the email provided during payment. If you are using a different email for completing the fitness questionnaire, please notify us to ensure proper identification and service delivery.

3. Coaching Sessions

Online coaching sessions will be conducted through email communication or other specified platforms. Subscribers will receive guidance, training plans, and feedback during these sessions. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to actively participate and engage in the coaching process.

4. Modification or Discontinuation of Services

Warren Siat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the customer's subscription to the coaching services. This includes changes to coaching programs, session schedules, prices, or any other service offerings. Any modifications will be implemented before the next billing cycle, and the customer will be informed during the current billing cycle.

5. Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the subscription process. This includes contact details and any relevant health or fitness information that may impact the coaching process.

Customers are expected to follow the provided coaching guidance and actively communicate any concerns or issues that may arise during the coaching period.

6. Communication Consent

By subscribing to our online coaching services, customers consent to receiving communication via the provided contact information. This includes coaching instructions, updates, and any important announcements related to the subscribed services.

7. Customer Support

For any inquiries, concerns, or technical issues related to our online coaching services, customers can reach out to our customer support team via the contact information provided on our website.

8. Acceptance of Terms

9. Suspension of Service and Refund Policy

10. Shop Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at warren@warrensiat.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
